His career includes time at some of the world’s leading financial institutions, Schroders, J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse, where he built a reputation for turning complex initiatives into measurable success.
Whether it’s a global system implementation or a regulatory change programme, Sunny’s approach is the same: stay calm under pressure, solve problems early, and deliver value without compromise.

Leading Delivery at Instinct Today, Sunny leads Instinct’s delivery function, ensuring every project runs smoothly, from client enhancements and new implementations to advancing our product roadmap.

As a Black Belt in Kickboxing, he understands the discipline, focus, and resilience needed to master any craft. And while he’s retired from the dojo, those same principles of preparation and precision guide his professional life.
He’s also a lifelong Liverpool Football Club supporter, loyal through every high and low, and brings that same sense of teamwork and perseverance to his leadership at INSTINCT.
But ask him what really drives him, and the answer comes quickly: his two daughters.
They’re his biggest inspiration and constant reminder of what truly matters beyond work and deadlines.
