Every great product team needs someone who can translate challenges into clarity, someone who listens deeply, asks the right questions, and turns complexity into solutions that genuinely help people.

At INSTINCT, that person is Rebekah Drummond, Product Manager.

From Client Success to Product Leadership Rebekah’s career at Instinct began in a client-facing role, working across implementations, onboarding, and long-term success programmes.

It didn’t take long for her talent to shine through.

Her ability to understand client needs, not just what they say, but what they mean has made her an invaluable partner to both sides of the business. As Instinct grew, so did her responsibilities. She naturally stepped into product management, where her mix of empathy, analytical thinking and communication skills became a perfect fit.

Today, Rebekah sits at the intersection of clients, engineering, design, and delivery, ensuring every product decision is rooted in real-world value.

“Product management felt like the natural next step. It brings together everything I enjoy problem-solving, collaboration, and creating things that actually help people.

Designing Products That Solve Real Problems

Rebekah is driven by a simple principle: If a product doesn’t make someone’s work easier, it isn’t finished yet.

Her role is to make sure Instinct builds tools that are intuitive, efficient and aligned with the real challenges asset and wealth managers face every day. She does this by:

  • Listening carefully to users and clients
  • Bringing teams together around clear, actionable product requirements
  • Translating business needs into structured, thoughtful user journeys
  • Championing intuitiveness, reducing unnecessary complexity wherever it appears

Rebekah is particularly skilled at spotting the gaps between what users request and what they actually need. It’s this insight that helps shape features that not only solve problems, but do so elegantly.

“My favourite part of the job is connecting the dots, taking something unclear or complex and shaping it into a solution that feels simple and useful.”

A Collaborative Force Across the Business

What makes Rebekah such a strong product manager isn’t just her technical thinking it’s her ability to bring people together.

She builds close partnerships across Instinct, ensuring that engineering, design and client delivery all move in sync. Her calm presence and structured approach make her the kind of person teams rely on when clarity is needed most.

Colleagues describe her as:

  • Thoughtful
  • Meticulous
  • Empathetic
  • Quietly influential

The type of person whose impact you feel in every release, every sprint, and every roadmap milestone.

Life Outside Instinct: Energy, Adventure and Upside-Down Perspectives

When Rebekah isn’t shaping Instinct’s product roadmap, she’s usually doing something high-energy, or upside down!

As a dedicated gymnastics coach, she teaches children the discipline, balance and joy of movement. She also trains herself, bringing the same determination and curiosity she applies to product work.

She’s equally passionate about boxing, finding both focus and release in the intensity of the sport.

And when she’s not in the gym, she’s travelling, always looking for the next adventure, whether it’s exploring a new city, meeting new people or embracing a different culture.

In Her Own Words

“Instinct gives me the space to explore ideas, collaborate openly and build things that make a real difference to our clients. It’s a place where we all bring our strengths, and grow together.”

Rebekah represents everything that makes Instinct special: curiosity, care, collaboration and a drive to create products people love to use.

She’s not just shaping features, she’s shaping the INSTINCT experience.
